What We Stand For

Our Core Values

Every nurse and midwife we train carries these values into every ward, clinic and community they serve.

Compassion

We train nurses who see patients as whole persons — not just diagnoses — treating every individual with warmth and dignity.

Excellence

Our curriculum is rigorous, practical and aligned to NMCZ standards, producing nurses who are ready from day one.

Faith

Rooted in the Pilgrim Wesleyan Church heritage, we nurture nurses whose care is motivated by genuine service to God and humanity.

We produce nurses who serve both urban centres and rural Zambia, with a particular heart for underserved communities.
